There is a $5.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

• There is a maximum of 15 people on the tour - each one on board an individual bike - and you will ride slowly along Florence's city center streets in a very pleasant, easy and relaxing way
• Children: Families with children are welcome on this tour! Child seats are provided for younger children; kid trailers, and helmets are available by request. Children under 12 are not allowed to ride by themselves, though. They will be accommodated on child seats on a bike driven by a parent, or on a tandem bike. From 1 to 5 years old, children are free of charge (including ice cream!) when on board a bike driven by a parent. Ages 6 to 12 years will ride in a child seat or a Tandem Trailer Bike and must pay Child Rate. Over 12 years, each child will pilot an individual bike at the full price rate.
