There is a $5.95 USD processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order. There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges, unless otherwise specified.

There are no refunds. All sales are final.

If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can only be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Drive along the romantic Viale dei Colli up to Piazzale Michelangelo. There we will stop to admire the wonderful panorama of the city, one of the most beautiful in the world. The tour will then proceed by coach through the old city centre.

You will have an outdoor guided tour of the Duomo complex: the Baptistery with its bronze doors including the famous Porta del Paradiso and the visit of the Cathedral with the magnificent Cupola del Brunelleschi and Giotto's bell tower. A short walk through the historic streets of the heart of Florence brings you to the renowned Galleria dell'Accademia where you can admire the famous David by Michelangelo and other works by the great artist.

A short walk through the historic streets of the heart of Florence brings you to the famous Piazza Signoria, where you can admire the imposing Palazzo Vecchio (exterior) and the beautiful Loggia del Lanzi. The tour continues with a guided tour of the famous Galleria degli Uffizi where you can admire the superb paintings of Botticelli, Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, Raffaello, Giotto, Cimabue, Masaccio. The tour ends inside the museum.

Notes:

• Accademia is closed on Monday. You will visit the Bargello museum or the Medici Chapels instead. Uffizi is also closed on Monday. Replacing this tour, will be a visit to the Museum of Palazzo Vecchio and Piazza della Signoria.
